SENIOR Strategic Account Director – EMEA

We are looking for a highly motivated, over-achieving senior hunter who flourish in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment:

The ideal profile is someone with a solid experience in startups in a growth phase (5-25 million in Annual Recurrent Revenues) as well as in larger organizations selling into the enterprise. He/she has the polish and experience to meet c-level face-to-face and the attitude of a trusted advisor.

The Senior Strategic Account Director needs to drive sales opportunities from identification to close and have the experience and the confidence to manage relations and negotiations autonomously and in line with the strategic and business priorities as well as the commercial approach of the company. We will need her/him to be hands-on as well by building a book of opportunities and business while simultaneously meeting prospects and closing business. Intense travel in EMEA is required.


The Senior Strategic Account Director is responsible for starting-up/developing commercial opportunities and closing new business in new enterprise accounts in selected industries (Telco, Automotive, Insurance, Banking, Consumer Electronics, Beauty)


  • Get meetings from SDRs and identify/develop/close new sales opportunities for Whisbi’s Enterprise SaaS solutions;
  • Develop and execute on already existing leads in the territory to deliver maximum revenue potential
  • Create and deliver accurate forecasts
  • Sell the Whisbi vision to prospects through product demonstrations, webex and face-to-face presentations and workshop to marketing and sales senior executives at CXO, VP and Director level in global companies
  • Coordinate and work with extended team members
  • Work closely with Customer Success team to ensure world class onboarding and customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Background:
    • A substantial international work experience is required preferably in countries such as UK, Benelux and the Nordics;
  • A minimum 10 years of on-quota, B2B software applications sales experience with a minimum deal size of 70K ARR
  • A solid history of selling business solutions in the area of digital marketing to large, complex organizations
  • Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, senior management executives
  • History of consistent quota over-achievement in highly competitive markets
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
  • International experience, we highly value if you have lived and worked in more than one country for a substantial period of time (at least 2 years)
  • Teamwork and good verbal and written communication skills a must
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively articulate our solution’s value proposition as part of an overall business solution.
  • English is the must, other languages are a good plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and
  • Advanced user of Linkedin and professional social networks such as Twitter
  • Hands-on attitude, ambitious and passionate
