For this reason we need International Sales Development Representatives to continue building a strong pipeline of opportunities and deals.

German Sales Development Representative (Native level of German and fluent in English (US or UK))

Your role is fundamental for the success of the business. Without excellent and qualified leads Whisbi would lack the “fuel” to continue to grow 150% year-on-year in line with our ambition.

We are looking for a highly motivated, over-achieving hunter who flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment; and is not afraid to make first contacts with senior executives in big companies/brands in verticals such as Automotive, Retail, Telco, Travel, Finance.

The International Sales Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting and generating quality leads for the sales team in line with the commercial and targeting strategy of Whisbi. She or he will research for potential client prospects and has the polish and experience to interact with senior executives of large enterprises at Director, Vice President and CXO level. They will contact and engage with prospects via emails, LinkedIn, phone calls and will act as an engine of qualified new leads and contacts for the sales team.

Role and responsibility:

  • Prospecting new leads in large enterprises and initiate conversations via email, LinkedIn and calls following the sales disk of Whisbi;
  • Developing an understanding of each prospective client’s business needs and how Whisbi can help with its solutions. The main aim is to hand-over to the sales team a well qualified and on-target prospect;
  • Convincing prospect clients to schedule a meeting with the relevant Whisbi Sales Manager and coordinate their agendas.

The required profile:

  • Native level of German
  • Fluent in English
  • National from any country in the world with regular permit to live and work in Spain
  • 2+ years experience in Lead Generation, Sales (e.g. Sales Executive, Inside Sales) or Business Development in B2B companies ideally in the technology/SaaS/digital marketing sectors
  • International experience, we highly value if you have lived in more than one country for a substantial period of time (at least 2 years)
  • Demonstrated experience with high contact volume (50+ outbound calls per day)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate our solution’s value proposition as part of an overall business solution.
  • Experience in web demos a plus
  • Advanced user of Linkedin and professional social networks such as Twitter
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Hands-on attitude, ambitious and passionate
